divas, and the dudes.: 5 months

4 days ago, my little girl turned 5 months old. I can't believe how fast it's going, in one more month she's going to be 1/2 a year old. Everyday is so precious with her. I love watching her learn new things; seeing her mind work (: She's started putting her arms out when she wants me to hold her, or when she wants a toy. Lennon tries to kiss too, she'll put her hands on the sides of your face and slobber all over xD. Oh and she's acquired a new nickname "Miss Grab-hands". Anything you have in your hands (and I mean ANYTHING) she wants; she'll throw a fit if she doesn't get it either. I'm going to have to nip that in the bud quickly. She's attempting to hold her own bottle, and seems interested in food but has no desire to actually eat it (yay! I'm not ready for her to be eating solids yet anyways).

As you may - or may not - know we went to Washington for 5 days (Thursday - Tuesday) to visit family and friends. She's an awesome traveler. We sat by the wings on each flight and she was so intregued by take-off and landing, then would suck her thumb to sleep on both trips. She spent lots of time sleeping in a swing, carseat, and stroller. Poor girl. But now she's much more social. I hope we can go to Washington again soon so she can see the rest of her family, and some friends I didn't get to see.
