Craft time!

So this Sunday I have a babyshower for my little sister's best friend Aly (who is practically a little sister to myself, she's lived with us for a while... they've been best friends since elementary school), and I'm a broke single mama at the moment, so I thought I'd make something for her instead of buying her bottles/clothes/blankets/whatever else anybody else going is potentially buying for E.J.

I decided to buy a cheap (but still nice looking) picture frame, and decorate a piece of paper to go inside for a newborn photoshoot as my gift to Aly and Marc for E.J.

So I got some scrapbook paper, stickers, letters, and the frame

I took the glass out of the frame and measured the paper to fit inside, then cut it out

I punched out the letters and glued them with wood glue (the only glue we have right now LOL) and added some stickers

I ran out of "o's" so I wrote "newborn" and TADA! All done
It took me about 15 minutes to complete - I'm anal about how I wanted the letters and stickers to be positioned - but I think it turned out great and only cost me $5 (for the frame, I have a HUGE box of scrapbook stuff under my bed right now)!
