So last year I did a survey on Lennon of her favorite things when she turned 3.  I aim to keep this up until she's 18... if she's even talking to me in her teenage years.  I know I'm a bit behind on this years survey (gimme a break, I had an 8 day old by the time her 4th birthday rolled through)... but here you go...

Birthday Survey - 3 Years - 15 Questions

So a while ago when I was on Pinterest - one of the SEVERAL THOUSAND times - I pinned a survey this mom had done, starting when her daughter turned three, to ask every year on her birthday.  I took most of the questions, altered a few, and asked Lennon for her answers.  I plan on putting them in a scrapbook for her one day... hell I still haven't even finished her "first year" scrapbook :/
